Day 1 Evening flight from London Heathrow to Madrid, where you connect with the overnight LAN Airlines flight to Lima.
Day 2 Arrive in Lima in the early morning and transfer to the Casa Andina Private Collection Hotel which is situated in the Miraflores district of the city. The remainder of your day is free to explore or relax at your leisure.
Day 3 Transfer back to the airport for your afternoon flight to Iquitos, deep in the Amazon region of Peru. Upon arrival in the early evening, transfer to and board the Delfin II where you can relax in your oversized cabin as the boat heads deep into one of the earth's most special and pristine environments. Experience the majesty and vastness of this region from its enormous, fast-flowing tributaries to quiet, gentle channels where the sky and vegetation reflect perfectly off the surface. Excursions on these narrower channels and to local villages will be aboard the Delfin’s aluminium skiffs, allowing you to get deeper into the wilderness and closer to its exotic and diverse flora and fauna. A highlight of the cruise is the Pacaya Samaria Reserve, a protected region of flooded forest that's particularly rich in biodiversity. Other highlights include jungle trails, fishing, an excursion to a local village and a night safari for an opportunity to spot the elusive caiman.
Day 7 Disembark from the Delfin II in the afternoon and transfer back to Iquitos airport for your return flight to Lima where you transfer for an overnight stay at the Casa Andina Private Collection Hotel, Miraflores.
Day 8 Your day in Lima is free to explore or relax at your leisure before transferring back to the airport for an evening departure with LAN Airlines overnight to Madrid, and onwards to London Heathrow.

Cuzco & Machu Picchu extension
The Inca capital of Cuzco, with its many fine buildings and churches is a gateway to that most famous of Inca sites – Machu Picchu.
Day 8 Transfer to the airport for a morning one hour flight on LAN to Cuzco. Upon arrival, transfer to the Libertador Cuzco Luxury Collection for a three night stay. During your stay a full day excursion by train to Machu Picchu will be included.
Day 11 Transfer back to the airport for a return flight to Lima. Rooms have been reserved at the Ramada Airport Hotel at Lima airport where you can relax before the overnight flight on LAN via Madrid to London.

Meal Plan
Prices include breakfast from Day 3 to Day 8, and all meals on the cruise from dinner on the first evening, until lunch on the last day. On the extension to Cuzco and Machu Picchu, breakfast is included every day as well as a buffet lunch at Machu Picchu.
