DAY 1 ARRIVE VANCOUVER
Depart the UK on your scheduled flight to Vancouver. Upon arrival transfer independently to your hotel, where you will spend the first two nights of your adventure in British Columbia.

DAY 2 VANCOUVER
We’ve included a full free day for you to explore Vancouver, and there is plenty to keep you entertained! Visit Stanley Park covering over a thousand acres, historic Gastown with its myriad of shopping and dining options and perhaps take a trip out of the city to Grouse Mountain or the Capilano Suspension Bridge. This cosmopolitan city has great nightlife too for the young, or young at heart.

DAY 3 & 4 WHISTLER

This morning collect your rental car and commence your journey of discovery. Today’s short but beautiful drive takes you along the scenic Sea to Sky highway to Whistler. Highlights along the way included Shannon Falls and the Stawamus Chief Rock, where climbers all over the world migrate to climb the granite cliffs. Return along the Sea to Sky highway today to Tsawwassen, where you make the 95 minute crossing to the Swartz Bay. This scenic journey takes you through fjord like waters with a backdrop of mountains blanketed with virgin forests and glaciated peaks. On arrival take a leisurely drive along winding roads and through coastal fishing villages to Victoria, the capital of Vancouver Island. Explore the imposing facades of the Parliament Buildings, St Ann’s Academy and The Butchart Botanical Gardens; 50 enchanting acres of breathtaking beauty. The historic Old Town is ideal for soaking up Victoria’s atmosphere, visiting the myriad of boutiques, museums, galleries and cafes. DAY 7 & 8 TOFINO

Today, your drive takes you north along the west coast of Vancouver Island to the sleepy town of Tofino. En-route we suggest a stop at the artist community of Chemainus, where you can admire the giant murals adorning exterior walls throughout the town and Duncan, known as the “City of Totems”. Tofino is the gateway to the majestic Pacific Rim National Park. Remember to pack your camera as the views are unmissable. Take a stroll along famed Long Beach, boasting miles of pristine sandy beach and pounding surf. During your stay explore the rain forests of well groomed trails or take a whale watching cruise through the Clayoquot Sound.
